Learning Sunda Culture in Saung Mang Ujo
Yup, this tourist area not only as a place of entertainment, but also as a means of education. Especially to study the Sundanese culture. Not only that, there also is the central place of bamboo crafts and bamboo musical instruments.

Papeda, Sago Porridge from Eastern Indonesia
Perhaps you've tasted the porridge? Yes, porridge made of rice cooked with plenty of water. However, not to eastern Indonesia, Maluku and Papua. Porridge in the region made of sago, and a staple food in the area.
Unlike other Indonesian regions, as was said that in eastern Indonesia this staple food is sago. Papeda or sago porridge is very popular here. Papeda usually served with fish yellow sauce made from turmeric and fish.
What makes this papeda favor is its fish sauce, because papeda itself as well as replacement of rice, eaten with side dish. For the first time they eat papeda, it is advisable to eat a little. This is so that we can not stomach ache, because sago is used to make sago papeda is still no mixtures, it smells pretty stinging and brown.
